What New York style!! Your staff was exemplary, from the security at the door, to the disc jockeys, and the wait staff, all of who were very friendly and clearly focused on doing a great job. The place looked wonderful. The kids have been raving about it and several of the girls have announced that they “definitely” want to have their 16th Birthdays at The Factory as well. I think you have established yourself with the teens of Oak Ridges as the “Go To” place for events. Again, I can’t thank you enough. I had a good feeling about this party when we first began our planning over the phone. Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail put me at complete ease.
